Luna Web & Media LLC (“Luna Web & Media,” “we” or “us”) is a web design studio. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit lunawebmedia.com or contact us.

When you send an inquiry through our Start a Project form, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your business name, if you provide it
- your answers about your type of business, what you need, the package that interests you and your timeline
- anything you write in the message field
We also receive the information you include when you email or call us directly.
Information collected automatically
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse and spam.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your inquiry
- coordinate a discovery call and next steps
- provide the services you ask us for
- keep our website secure and free of spam
We don’t use the information you send through our inquiry form for marketing communications.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run our website and business:
- Netlify hosts our website and processes inquiry form submissions, including automated spam filtering.
- Google Workspace provides our business email, so messages sent to inquiries@lunawebmedia.com, and inquiry notifications, are stored there.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this website. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
How long we keep your information
If your inquiry doesn’t lead to working together, we keep it for up to 12 months after our last interaction and then delete it, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal or other legitimate obligation.
If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our contractual obligations and comply with applicable legal recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing inquiries@lunawebmedia.com. We may need to keep some information where we have a legal or legitimate business obligation to do so, and we’ll let you know if that applies.
Children
This website is intended for adults and businesses. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
